Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns.
spinwd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, utility bills for address verification, and selfie photographs holding identification documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
To create an account, you must provide accurate personal information including full legal name as it appears on your identification documents, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must create a strong password meeting our security requirements: minimum 8 characters including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify spinwd customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. spinwd shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
spinwd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with or without notice if we reasonably suspect or determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, attempted to manipulate games or betting outcomes, colluded with other players, exploited software errors or vulnerabilities, engaged in money laundering or other illegal activities, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform.
Upon account closure, you forfeit all bonus funds, pending bonuses, promotional credits, and loyalty points. Legitimate account balances derived from fair play deposits and winnings will be returned to you minus any applicable fees, provided you have completed identity verification and are not under investigation for fraudulent activity.

E-wallet deposits are generally instant 24/7. spinwd does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your spinwd account originate from legitimate sources and are your own property. You must not use spinwd for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds, particularly for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in deposit refunds and account closure.
You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited as part of our anti-money laundering procedures. Minimum withdrawal amounts typically start at Rp 50,000, and maximum daily withdrawal limits are set based on your account status, verification level, and transaction history.
spinwd processes withdrawal requests rapidly, with most transactions completed within 5 minutes during business hours for major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay typically process within 10-15 minutes. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time of up to 24 hours. Withdrawals requested outside Indonesian banking hours may be processed during the next business day.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must complete any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses you have claimed. Deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Accounts under investigation for fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or terms violations may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending investigation completion.

You may only have one active bonus at a time; claiming a new bonus before completing existing wagering requirements will void the previous bonus and associated winnings. Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside the context of the promotion.

All sports bets are settled according to official results declared by the governing sports body or league.
